Industrial Hot Air Dry Oven
This industrial hot air dry oven is widely used in pharmaceutical food, chemical industry etc, which baked and dehumidified to material.
The work principle for this forced air circulation drying oven is that used steam or electric heating air, then made a cycling dry with heated air, dry and lower discrepancy of temperature difference in the each side of oven.
In the dry course of supplying continuously flesh air and discharging hot air so that the raw material drying oven might be in good condition and kept proper temperature humidity.

Automatic control part before use, check and make sure the voltage is in accordance with the raw material drying oven machine's requirement. Check if the tube leaks, the fan running agility. If the heat relay working in gear, after all that work, do as below:
1. start the switch button SA, notice the indicate light HL1 if work or not.
2. start the fan button SB2, check if the rotating direction is right or not.
3. put the automatic-hand button to the automatic place, running XMT set button. Check if the electromagnetism valve is working agility or not. Then set the control temperature point, max temperature alert. Use the all instruments, the setting method: put the instruments button to the max place. Running the opposite electrical relay of this hot air drying machine. The figure show the temperature you need. Use the same method to set the temperature point, temperature alert. Then put the instrument switch to the measure point.
4. close the water valve (see the drawing 1-1) open the side valve“1,2”, also open the water valve side valve, let the garbage water, then working the above work opposite, closed the side valve”1”, open the water valve”3, 4” put the automatic-hand button on this Industrial Hot Air Dry Oven to the hand place, press the heat button, do the working for some times, check the electromagnetism valve, if the electromagnetism valve can not open or no working, check if the electromagnetism valve connector has some garbage. Clean it if any and try again, if everything works well, close the side valve 2.
5. when you use this hot air circulation drying oven, first please check if the connector of the wire is fasten or not. The inlet wire I type should be no less than 6mm2. II type not less than 10 mm2. and excellent earthed is also needed for this hot air drying machine.
