This small rotary tablet press with pre-pressure, and is suitable for middle scale production of candy tablets. This ZP17D tablet machine has both main pressing roller and pre-pressing roller, so this candy tablet press can press various powder.
The pre-pressing roller can get the air out of the powder before the powder is pressed by the main pressing roller, which will prevent the candy tablet from layering.
This pre-pressure tablet machine is widely used to press effervescent tablets, candies, chlorine tablets, and salt tablets.
Normally only the bigger rotary tablet press machines have the pre-pressure functions, but according to the feed back from the market, some customers need smaller rotary tablet machine with pre-pressure function to press special material. So we developed a new model of smart tablet machine, which has both the pre-pressure and main pressure.
The pre-pressing roller on this candy tablet press machine can help to press the air out of the powder,otherwise the tablet will be layered by the residue air inside the powder.
This ZPTX226-17D was successfully tested on 15 July 2020 in our factory, and got a good performance.

Automatic lubrication system can lubricate both of the upper and lower punches from time to time to reduce the abrasion.
