In the first season of 2016, we established our tablet press punch die set production department, and required advanced CNC equipments were installed accordingly. And well-trained operators were employed at the same time.
Thanks to the adanvced equipments and the experienced talents, we are able to produce all the main mechanical parts by ourselves, so all the parts are well-macthed together.We can customize various tablet press punches and dies for every type of tablet press machines, such as D type pill press punches, B type pill press dies BB tablet press molds.
We are also accept customization order for rotary tablet press turret with stainless steel material. The stainless steel turret is usually used on the rotary tablet press machines which are used to press material of high corrosion, such as water sofening salt tablet press machines, chlorine tablet press machine, and dishwasher detergent tablet press machines.
These stainless steel turret is processed with high procision,which is very important for the rotary tablet press machine's quality. If the precision is not good enough, the punches will be scrached during the running, and bigger noise will be produced from the turret of the rotary pill press machine.
