new model of rotary tablet machine is successfully developed
Normally only the bigger rotary tablet press machines have the pre-pressure functions, but according to the feed back from the market, some customers need smaller rotary tablet machine with pre-pressure function to press special material. So we developed a new model of smart tablet machine, which has the pre-pressure and main pressure.
This ZPTX226-17D was successfully tested on 15 July 2020 in our factory, and got a good performance.
The pre-pressure 20KN,
main pressure : 80KN
Power: 4KW.
Rotation speed: 15-40rmp
HMI: pressure, tablet thickness and filling depth.
Automatic lubrication system can lubricate both of the upper and lower punches from time to time to reduce the abrasion.
Enlcosed force feeder is optional for this small automatic tablet machine.
